- Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. tt333 will never request your password via chat, email, or phone. Any account activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility.
- KYC Verification: tt333 may request identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing your first withdrawal or at any time the platform has reason to verify your account.

- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must go to the same payment method used for the originating deposit unless otherwise approved by tt333's compliance team.
- Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds to 24 hours of approval, depending on network conditions and KYC status. tt333 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient mobile wallet provider's own processing times.
- Transaction Fees: tt333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own fees, which are outside tt333's control.
- Currency: All transactions on tt333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tt333 does not currently support other currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the player's sole responsibility.
6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
tt333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.

- Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire within 7 days of being offered unless stated otherwise. Claimed but unwagered bonus funds expire 30 days after crediting. Expired bonuses are removed from your account balance without notice and cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus Abuse: tt333 uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse patterns, including arbitrage betting across bonus accounts, low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy rollover requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
tt333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-period, tt333 will honour wagering already in progress at the time of discontinuation, subject to the original promotion terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
tt333 is committed to providing a fair, enjoyable, and secure environment for all players. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud tt333 or other players — including chargebacks, false identity documents, payment manipulation, or exploiting software errors — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including sharing cards, signals, or information in live casino games — is prohibited. tt333 uses real-time pattern detection and will act on confirmed collusion without warning.
- Money Laundering: Using tt333 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. tt333 operates AML monitoring procedures and cooperates fully with any investigation by competent authorities.

11. Account Suspension & Closure
tt333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are the primary grounds on which account action may be taken.
- Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms — including age misrepresentation, fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated tools — constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension pending investigation or permanent closure.
